1. this unit itself dont have feature for voice command, it is android system but it support original system functions also, you can switch one MENU button on iDrive to swtich between these two systems.

2. Yes, it support the original iDrive controller and navigation.

3. It support retrofit reverse camera, we have bmw rear camera in our store which you can buy it , and original rear camera also.

It is normal that there is slight sound delay after screen installation on some Mercedes NTG 5.0 system, this is depending on original OEM headunit brand.

As NTG 5.0 system for Mercedes-Benz models need to be connected to the audio output through the USB-Aux audio box, There is one solution for such delay,
You can buy a DSP amplifier to connect it to android screen, so the sound come out via DSP amplifier to car speakers, DSP picture attached. price is GBP75.

Hi mate,

Screen black means unit is switching to rearview when you go in reverse, but there is no rear view video coming in.

I think it is wiring problem, please double check the rear camera connection , also check the android settings-system-camera type selection, choose aftermarket camera.

Need to check if it is manual or auto gear car before wiring connection for BMW.

This is different with normal car dvd player which has amplifier builtin ,such as 45 watt ST amplifier. normal car dvd player need to remove original car headunit.
this is android display replacement, only replace original OEM screen, keep the OEM headunit on car , the OEM headunit has amplifier builtin.
our android screen dont change it afer installation. thanks

You can find it in the bottom button (settings) of Zlink menu and find Zlink version in "Check for update" inside, such as V5.3.18.

Clear the Bluetooth match record, reboot the machine, and then reconnect the Bluetooth on it.and enter into Zlink for connection again.

Yes the radio need to take the aux port of the car to play sound.

1: please check the cartype selection inside factory setting .code is 2018 or 1314.

2: please check the harness and LVDS connection as it maybe loose.

3: make sure original radio is on, check the radio button to see if there is sound .

If you connect it via rca, please choose the icon "Aux" in Apps. in harness, there is a dvr cvbs in and dvr 12v, if connect it, can click "DVR' in app and work. maybe your wiring connection is not correct , please check the F10 installation video guide : https://youtu.be/w2KsCMjIfGs -- after 8minutes on video, it shows how to connect DVR, thanks

Please check the android factory setting,code is 2018, not choose "Aftermarket Amplifier", chooses "OEM Amlifier", thanks

In android setting-system-camera selection, please choose "360 camera".

Bluetooth connection can be solved by deleting phone matching record and restart phone and android screen for connection. software update is one option also.

Yes, there is no sound on android if there is no "device connected" on OEM radio - Media interface , it is the problem of wiring connection. please double check if the USB aux adaptor is plugged to Car USB , not car charging USB.
as USB aux adaptor is used for sound on android. the wiring connection have be correct.

also need to check if the optic fiber is well relocated.

1. It is important that the mobile phone bluetooth is connected to android screen only, not connected to other devices such bluetooth watch, original OEM bluetooth etc.
if there is such connection, please break and clear bluetooth connection.

2. dont connect USB mic.

3. Clear all bluetooth match record on android screen and mobile, press reset button beside screen panel to restart it for bluetooth connection.

Aftermarket bluetooth has bluetooth streaming and phone calls. if you want to use original Bluetooth , you can choose OEM bluetooth in factory setting to use OEM bluetooth also.And if your car is RHD, you can choose to use external mic for aftermarket bluetooth.

Please check the setting guide, when you choose Cartype(It is in android setting-factory- code is 2018), just choose the system , such as your iDrive system is NBT,

just choose the NBT cartype inside one by one until you find the correct cartype, not care for car models as too many car models cant listed inside setting,it is just divided by iDrive cartypes such as BMW has CCC, CIC , NBT, EVO car radio system.

please choose the correct NBT cartype inside.

When the sound is abnormal, unplug the USB audio box and plug it in again to see if the sound is good. If you unplug the audio box and it still sounds like this, the power cord may be pressed into it, and you should rewire the cable at the back of the car's main unit.

It is wiring or setting issue, please check the following:

2. Please check the android factory setting (code is 2018)- Aux switching mode- SET Manual, then choose the Aux in OEM radio and go back to android to see if auido come out.

3. If your car has Aux or AMI input, connect Audio cable or AMI cable into Aux or AMI input.

4. Please make sure the original CD is powered on.

5. Please double check the connection of android plug to original radio to make sure it is well connected.

If your car has no Aux input, need to activate first:

Most NBT system dont need to connect audio cable into Aux input as original power harness include the Aux cables for sound.

CarPlay works via Bluetooth, so when carplay is connected, Bluetooth shows "Closed", it is normal, Yes, in carplay, the sound and picture is available in the car without connecting the auxiliary audio cable if the sound come out without connecting Audio cable in other mode also (as the first question)

It can fit your car , as long as it has 6pin NBT connector, it is NBT system, no need to care for CIC interface.

If NTG4.5/4.7 can't activate AUX in factory mode, you have to activate AUX in project mode.

Hi, the sound should be transferred to others via bluetooth. Please check your phone bluetooth connections, and clear all connections and reconnect with android screen only via bluetooth. And you can try to connects to BOTH the original car bluetooth and android bluetooth FSC-CARKIT .

Check it again after you've made the connections as above.

Please check the android factory setting, code is 1314 or 2018 to see if the Google app is chosen.

and check the android setting-Apps & notifications-SEE ALL 28 APPS-Google play store, check DISABLE.

1. Click the Car Info on the screen to enter the original system
2. Long press the back button on the knob to switch to the original system

The speed is in a UI photo, which cant change. You can set it to xxxKm/H in factory setting, that is okay.

There is a indicator on dashboard which shows the speed change.

Hello mate!

We met such case before, it is caused by loose screws. Please check the screws , there is total 4 screws which connect screen with bracket and connect bracket with car, need to fix it well.

1. Insert the card in the correct direction and reboot the machine by poking the reset button.
2. Make sure that the 4G antenna is connected, both of them should be connected.
3. If it doesn't work, go to the Android settings and restore the factory settings. or send me your current software version ,I send you update, but this should be not the issue, the above 2points are very important.

Yes sir, it support OEM existing rear camera directly after installation, just need to make a setting in android -systems- rear camera type selection- OEM rear camera. and this unit is plug and play.
